We always carry a set of bands with us when traveling for example. With a variety of resistance bands available in different levels, you can experiment with various hand positions to optimize resistance for each exercise. This workout includes different exercises with repetitions to achieve maximum effectiveness. So, get yourself ready and crush it, team! 💥 Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising.
