Rhossili bay & Worms Head | the best place to watch sunset on the Gower Peninsula

An afternoon an evening spent exploring the super model of british Beaches, Rhossili Bay. Followed by watching the Sunset at the cliffs overlooking Worms head, a one mile long sea serpent shaped tidal island, which marks the most westerly point on the Gower Peninsula. Parking is available here : https://goo.gl/maps/eHANcWLwYKCENTBK8 I initially headed up to Rhossili Downs, which at 193 m is the highest point on the Gower. I t is a is a 1km walk from the National Trust car park to the trig point which involves around 150m of elevation gain. From the downs I headed straight down to the shoreline for a swim, before watching the sunset from the dramatic sea cliffs which flank the beach. .
