Kafatek Monolith Flat vs Option-O Lagom P64 lower RPM Speed and Sound test (equivalent RPM!)

Monolith Flat LM @ 2:58 Lagom P64 @ 4:52 Running both at relatively low 350 RPM! Had previous video at higher RPMs (much faster results!) but not equivalent on both. (link at the end!) Speed is about even but seems like p64 is a bit faster despite the smaller burrs because it has a more definitive finishing point. 75mm Shuriken LM burrs in the Monolith 64mm SSP unimodal multipurpose burrs in the P64. Apparently these burrs are slower than Stock P64 Burrs, and likely louder as well. Also talking about the accessories that come with the p64. Monolith comes with a funnel and needle tool (single fatter needle) as well, but not as great. I haven't experimented enough with RPM on the Lagom yet (should be similar!) but I found with the Monolith low RPM gives you less fines, more clarity, and higher RPM gives you more body at the expense of some clarity. Good to have different kinds of taste profiles within the same grinder!
