This light fluffy and refreshing cheesecake treat is a classic dessert for special occasions. You only require five ingredients. Passion Fruit Cheesecake Recipe I No Cheese I No-Bake |No Eggs | Easy and Quick | Homemade Dessert Ingredients Yoghurt Condensed Milk Sugar Corn starch Passion fruit pulp Method Blend the biscuits Add in the crushed biscuits and melted butter into a tray Press the crumb mixture until flat Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk well in a bowl Pour the yoghurt mixture into the tray Microwave the mixture for 1 minute Stir the yoghurt mix Microwave the mixture again for 30 seconds Refrigerate overnight In a pan on medium heat, add passion fruit pulp, sugar and cornstarch mixture. Stir until thickened. Let it cool. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and pour the passion fruit topping into the bowl. Let it sit for 1 hour in the Refrigerator Serve and enjoy! Tips You can add toppings of your preference such as Homemade Blueberry Sauce, Strawberry Sauce, Caramel Sauce, Apple Pie Topping, and Cranberry Sauce. Do not use low-fat dairy in this recipe.
