Welcome to our first little outing of 2025 with Woodster. I won't lie; I think I forgot just how bad Woody can be when we take him out. We have gotten so used to taking Blue or Stumps out who are both so easy going when it comes to the atmosphere and the traveling, that I really do think we just forgot how much Woody struggles with it all. The show itself wasn't bad and he even came away with second place (in the class we made it to 😂). But he did get a tad dangerous at times and the whole trailer loading issue really escalated to a point that he was not safe to be around. All in all I think it was good for him. He needs to re-acclimatize to all of this. But I am going to have to do way more prep work with him than I was expecting if we want this to be a safe and enjoyable experience for us all. It's such a shame really because he always turns heads when we take him out. Hey ho, such is life! First job is to go back to basics I think and do our trailer training all over again!
