This Strawberry Dessert is perfect for summertime and is Weight Watcher friendly! It has a great cheesecake flavor without all the calories, fat and guilt of cheesecake! I like to use fresh strawberries but you could use any type of fruit, fresh or frozen, in this fast and easy to make dessert! #weightwatchersdessert #strawberrydessert #weightwatchersstrawberrydessert Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 package sugar free, fat free cheesecake flavored pudding mix 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt 1 8 oz container fat free whipped topping, slightly defrosted *I didn't realize the Kroger brand of whipped topping was higher in points than the Cool whip brand I used to use and put into the recipe builder. The Kroger brand makes these 1 point higher, use Cool whip brand to keep the points as shown above.* 116 grams or 4 servings of low fat wafer cookies (I used the Kroger brand) Mix together yogurt and pudding mix until smooth, fold in whipped topping until well incorporated. Layer half of the wafer cookies on the bottom of a 8X8 pan. Pour half of the pudding mixture over cookies and spread evenly. Layer with strawberry slices. Repeat steps with remaining ingredients. Let cool in refrigerator for around 4 hours before eating. This makes 6 servings. Makes 6 servings. WW Points per serving - 7 PTs.
