Stormy Spring Hike to a Patrol Cabin on Yellowstone National Park's Northern Boundary.

Hiking to the Crevice Mountain Patrol Cabin on the border of Yellowstone National Park. The trailhead for this hike is through the town of Jardine north of Yellowstone Park. Be sure to have a good map of the area as the roads and trails are not as well marked outside the park. The trail continues past the cabin into the park and can be turned into a through backpacking route though you will need to reserve camping sites ahead of time if doing so within park boundaries. Crevice Patrol Cabin sits at about 7,400 feet. This was a fun hike with gorgeous views and tons of wildflowers and wildlife. Thanks for coming along! This adventure took place in May of 2025.
