EZ Remote is a new function available in VeEX products that allows users to connect, access and control test sets at remote locations, using the Internet (without the need of public IP address, port forwarding or opening "holes in firewalls). This Cloud service is offered free of charge and can be used for accessing test data on remote units, configure and run tests, helping peers run tests or functions or technologies they are not familiar with, help interpret test results or behaviors, troubleshooting, expert diagnosis, training, support field teams, etc. For example, if an inexperienced field tech runs into trouble while testing a new link, they can quickly connect the test set to their phone's AP using Wi-Fi, connect it to VeEX's EZ Remote server and get help from a subject matter expert at the NOC.
