One of the worst strategies to win The Hunger Games is to eliminate yourself. So, why is this a theory about one of the smartest characters in the entire series? Foxface is the District 5 female who placed 4th place in the 74th Games, or 5th place in the movie. It's rare that someone dies in the arena and we don't fully understand the intention.
