Sgurr once? Yep! Sgurr 2,3 or 4 times? Nope! 2nd ... Thought I'd done enough, but nooooooooooooooo! Did everything right, but the last 200m 27th 27th 27th (and this one was last) Who knew a 3 and a half minute race could screw me for the next three races? I did hit my second highest power ever for 3m. My legs felt SOOOO heavy after the first race. So hard to keep grinding up that climb. My volume is down the last couple of months - same amount of racing, much less zone 2 ... does it actually do something!?!?!?!
