This is a 50+ lady Post- Tuberculosis Uveitis with a complicated Cataract. Normally, I remove the Fibrotic Membrane around the Pupil with relative ease, but in this case it proved to be extremely difficult and dangerous so abandoned the same and put in Iris Hooks. Nuclear Disassembly proved to be a bit difficult but could manage however had to be extremely careful with cortical aspiration and I had to improvise as the PC was extremely lose and was like a trampoline. Although, there was PC Opacities decided to leave them alone for fear of PCR. Finally, after implanting a Hydrophobic single piece foldable IOL into the bag injected some diluted Tricort into the AC and washed off the same.
