How to Upgrade the Honda CRF 250 Rally Clutch (And Remove Judder Spring)

The Honda CRF 250 Rally clutch mod is a common one. The CRF 250 rally and CRF250L clutch is renowned for failing, even Jamie's 2020 CRF250l clutch burned out after only 800 miles on a week long trip on the trans euro trail. The clutch on this CRF 250 Rally is the original, so im going to swap it out and remove the judder spring. The Judder spring is ultimately a small ring that helps a part of the clutch spin a little easier, allowing the clutch to slip a little easier. OK if you're a noob getting used to the bike, but not cool if you actually want to use it on trails. Ive swapped the clutch out for a CBR300 pack, which fits perfectly and adds that extra bite when needed. I also replaced the springs whilst im there with heavy duty replacements.
