You get asked the question a lot... what do you see in armwrestling? And it isn't something you can really explain... you have to show them. And sometimes... every once in a while... the perfect opportunity comes along to do just that... "Here watch this." This is one of those moments. It has it all... you can see the strength at work... the endurance come into play... and then most importantly... you can see the technical aspect of the sport at work. YOU CAN SEE IT ALL. Thanks to James Retarides who hosted the match back in 2009 and who I talked to in G.O.A.S. Chapter 2 coming up. (This is a match we talked about in Chapter 1... see link below).
