Final workout of week 1! Here we go! This workout is focused on the upper body, but do expect to work some core and legs! Timer is different again! We are doing 45 seconds of a lesser intensity move, followed by two rounds of 20 seconds of a higher intensity move! It’s a fun way to get the burn going and the sweat POURING!
