Trainer Michele is back again, and this time she’s bringing you a new full body Home Work-In. She designed this simple at home workout for everyone, no matter what their fitness level is. Plus, with minimal equipment needed, this is an ideal workout routine at home. Follow along, or go at your own pace, do whatever you have to do to make this home workout ideal for you. First thing we have to do is warm up. Today, you’ll be doing butt kickers, fast feet, and jumping jacks. As you move into our three circuits, note that you’ll be doing each one twice. The first circuit focuses on lower body and balance with windmills, alternating lateral lunges, goblet squats, sumo squats, and bent knee glute bridges. The second circuit is all about upper body and strength with shoulder presses, rowers, kickbacks, and alternating reverse curls. Our final circuit works your core with leg drops, in & outs, side planks, and bird dogs. After you stretch in a cool down, it’s time to wrap things up.
