Fatigue: You may find that you are much wearier than usual since your body is hard at work attempting to take care of your growing baby. Food Cravings or Aversions: The sudden likes or dislikes for certain foods are absolutely normal. Breast Tenderness: These hormone changes can leave your breasts sore or tender. Some Tips from Dr. Dhanshree for a Healthy Pregnancy in Week 6: Hydrate Your Body: Continue drinking plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and meet the growing needs of increased blood flow in the body. Prenatal Vitamins: These should be taken as advised, especially folic acid, which helps in the neurological development of the baby. Small Meals: Eat smaller meals frequently to help decrease morning sickness. Rest: Take as much rest as your body advises since this will help with fatigue and overall health.
