Step 1: Ensure Degree Validity Verify the validity of your pharmacy degree in the UK. Step 2: UK ENIC Statement of Comparability Obtain a statement of comparability from the UK ENIC to assess the equivalency of your overseas qualifications with the UK educational system. Step 3: English Language Proficiency Take either the Occupational English Test (OET) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and obtain the required score. Step 4: GPhC Adjudication with Documents Sent Directly: A. Academic Transcript (sent directly from your university to the GPhC) B. Academic Reference (sent directly from your college or university to the GPhC) C. Professional Reference (sent directly from your employer to the GPhC) D. Letter of Good Standing (sent directly from your pharmacy council or regulatory body to the GPhC) Step 5: GPhC Application Form with Document Submission: Complete the GPhC application form for registration. Submit the following documents with the application: A. Occupational English Test (OET) results or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) results B. UK ENIC statement of comparability C. Identity Document (which includes two passport-sized photos, a copy of your birth certificate, and a current valid passport) D. Original Degree Certificate Step 6: OSPAP Program Enroll in the Overseas Pharmacists Assessment Program (OSPAP). Step 7: Pre-registration Training Complete the one-year pre-registration training in the UK. Step 8: GPhC Registration Assessment Prepare for and pass the GPhC Registration Assessment. Step 9: GPhC Registration After meeting all requirements, including pre-registration training and passing the assessment, apply for registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.
