The All Me augmentation is basically a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. An abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is a procedure where the lower abdominal skin and fat is removed. However, in an All Me Augmentation we simply don't just remove that tissue, but we remove it along with the blood vessels that keep that tissue alive. We then go to the breast and augment the breast with that tissue by connecting those blood vessels from the abdominal tissue to blood vessels in the chest. As a result that tissue has blood supply, it's alive and then we use it to augment the breast. Now the abdomen is treated just like a normal tummy tuck and the fact is we remove the lower abdominal skin and fat but we also do liposuction to shape the abdomen and we tighten the abdominal muscles in order to give a nice tight attractive waistline.
