Vishal has founded ‘Addicted to Music’ or ATM, which is a community of corporate professionals who have a penchant for music and want to indulge in their second life. Finally, Vishal also has a deep passion for leadership development, and has conceptualized ‘Leadership Jams’, which are unique workshops where he blends music to impart leadership lessons.
