Special thanks to @fly4fun273 for lightning 😜 This is my final DJI Osmo Nano test, where I wanted to show how it performs during normal FPV freestyle sessions. The drone it was mounted on is a classic 5-inch Apex Evo with an analog video system. In this video, I wanted to compare the Osmo Nano to the GoPro 11 Mini. Both cameras were set to 4K 24fps, with high bitrate — 10-bit. Stabilization was enabled on both cameras. The footage shows how they handle challenging lighting conditions, both in low light and bright daylight. I think these were excellent conditions for a proper test. The video hasn’t been edited in any way for color or stabilization — just raw footage from both cameras. Disclaimer: I should add that the Osmo Nano was set to Ultra Wide and the GoPro to Wide. I chose this setup because it’s the only way to get a similar field of view on both cameras. Even though the Osmo image looks a bit distorted, I wanted to keep things fair by matching the FOV. And I also wanted to apologize for the video being a bit long and maybe boring 😅, but I wanted to show the whole flight without any cuts. You could say it’s a bit of a… scientific video.
