My motive behind this video is not to protect or do anything during with political issue. If Young Shall Grow then dreams of each and every young should be big. One of the reasons why I believe the rate of high level of poverty in Sierra Leone is as a result of little availability of Government Offices within the country. Every year over three (3) thousand people graduate from University but end up sitting at home in the name of lack of Job. If you watch this video you will also realise the reason(s) why most people prefer to work in Freetown the Capital City than in Bo the second city in the country. No proper structures, poor environments and more other disadvantages as compared to working in Freetown. Since almost all the Government offices in Bo (the second city) are branches, the people in Bo encounter poor delivery services at all time in terms of documentations or any other form of services. Decision making is another key problem. Decisions are taken in Freetown were all the country key stakeholders are. The thing is, if YOUNG SHALL GROW then things are to change in our country.
