In this video we take a look at a few modules that can assist GM’s during combat. First, we cover the mob attack module that groups attacks together and follows the mob rules outlined in the DMG.* Next we take a look at the multiattack module which can simplify rolls and have them occur simultaneously. Last, we cover some parts of the DnD 5e helpers module which adds in a number of features such as undead fortitude, regeneration, cover, and more. *This rule compares the AC of the target vs the hit modifier of each attacking creature and then sets a DC for the number of creatures needed to hit the target a single time. A target creature with an AC of 20 vs creatures attacking with a +5 modifier would set a DC of 15. This means that for every 4 creatures that attack, one will hit.
