Kolhapuri Garlic Bhadang recipe ( using 1 kg Murmura) Murmura- 1 kg curry leaves -50 gm(2 cups) Roughly chopped Garlic- 200 gm( 1 1/2 cup) Peanuts- 400 gm(4 cups) powdered Sugar- 80 gm(1 cup) Sea salt (Rock salt) powdered- 40 gm(4 table spoon) Garam masala powder- 15 gm(2 1/2 Table spoon) Turmeric- 6 gm(1 1/2 Table spoon) Hing- 2 gm( 1 Tea spoon) Jeera Powder- 6 gm(2 Tea spoon) Coriander powder- 15 gm(3 Table spoon) Degi chilli powder- 20 gm( 4 Table spoon) Kolhapuri Chilli powder- 20 gm(4 Table spoon) Refined Peanut oil- 160 ml( 2 cups) Kolhapuri Garlic Bhadang recipe ( using 1/2 kg Murmura) Murmura- 1/2 kg curry leaves -25gm(1 cups) Roughly chopped Garlic- 100 gm( 3/4th cup) Peanuts- 200 gm(2 cups) powdered Sugar- 40 gm(1/2 cup) Sea salt (Rock salt) powdered- 20 gm(2 table spoon) Garam masala powder- 8 gm(1 1/2 Table spoon) Turmeric- 3 gm( 3/4th Table spoon) Hing- 1 gm( 1/2 Tea spoon) Jeera Powder- 3 gm(1 Tea spoon) Coriander powder- 8 gm(1 1/2 Table spoon) Degi chilli powder- 10 gm( 2 Table spoon) Kolhapuri Chilli powder- 10 gm(2 Table spoon) Refined Peanut oil- 80 ml( 1cups) Do try this recipe.
