Sadly this flight was quite poor. Customer service on the ground was subpar at best and check in took a long time. The crew aboard was nice enough but they never showed their face once in the cabin. We also never once heard from the pilots. BOS-BWI is a long enough flight for SWA to serve us at least a drink but they opted not to. The seatbelt sign also remained on for the entire duration of the flight and turbulence was minimal while at cruise.
