I love soup. I love all soups. But THIS soup is special. So simple, so delicious. It's vegetarian and vegan. Such a Lebanese staple during the fall and winter seasons. It's a super easy and quick soup to make. PLUS it's incredibly healthy and will fight off any flu or virus or any sickness even a broken arm!
