🍞 Oatmeal & Raisin Sourdough Bread – The Perfect Breakfast Loaf! 🍇✨ Looking for the ultimate breakfast bread? This honey oatmeal sourdough bread with raisins is soft, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor. The combination of hearty oats and juicy raisins creates a perfect balance—delicious with butter, jam, or even cheese! 🧀🍯 In this video, I’ll show you step-by-step how to bake this naturally leavened sourdough bread, adding that special touch of sweetness and complexity to your breakfast table. 📖 Ingredients & Recipe: For the porridge mix in a hot pot 100g Oatmeal 250g Water 20g Butter 50g Honey and cook for about 5 minutes and cool down in the fridge over night. For the Levain mix 100g flour 100g water 10g sourdough and leave it at room temperature on the countertop. For the soaked raisins mix 200g orange juice 200g raisins and chill them in the fridge over night. At the next day mix 700g wheat flour 100g spelt flour 550g water 420g porrige 210g levain for 10 minutes at low seed, than add 17g of salt and mix 5 minutes at max speed. Remove the orange juice from the jar and only add the soaked raisins to the mixer. Mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Transfer the dough into a greased plastic container and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then do 4 set's of coil folds. One each 30 minutes (2 hours in total). Let the dough rest for 4-5 hours. Then divide the dough into two shape the loafs roll them into oatmeal and place them into a banneton. Leave in the fridge over night. The next day bake at 250°C / 482°F for 15 minutes with steam, than remove the steam and bake for another 30 minutes at 220°C / 428°F until golden brown. 💬 What’s YOUR favorite breakfast bread?
