Reuben and the Dark with the Bullhorn Singers Performance at St. Monica School

February 26 the school community of St. Monica's was treated to an amazing collaborative musical performance by Canadian indie-folk band Reuben and the Dark with the Bullhorn Singers, a traditional pow-wow group from the Kainai Nation (Blood Tribe) of the Blackfoot Confederacy. Reuben (Calgary-based) and the Bullhorn Singers have delivered workshops and presentations in schools across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec celebrating and honouring the diversity of Indigenous Culture throughout Canada. Their collaboration brings music, culture, and reconciliation to life, using storytelling to bridge cultures, promote understanding, and inspire communities.
