Abstract Don’t miss our Community Meeting for an opportunity to hear about what is happening within the NANOG organization and the various NANOG Committees. Justin Ryburn: Justin Ryburn is the Field CTO & VP of Global Solutions Engineering at network observability company Kentik. He has 25 years of experience in network operations, engineering, sales, and marketing with service providers and vendors. Justin contributed content to Cyber Forensics (Auerbach Publishing, 2007) and authored Day One: Deploying BGP FlowSpec (Juniper, 2015). He has also spoken at numerous industry conferences on the topics of network observability and security. Justin currently lives in St. Louis with his wife and two kids. His blog is at ryburn.org and you can follow him on Twitter or LinkedIn. Adair Thaxton: Adair Thaxton is a Cyberinfrastructure Security Engineer for Internet2. She has her Master's degree in Information Science from UNC Chapel Hill, and worked there for thirteen years as a network engineer. She has presented at EDUCAUSE and multiple Internet2 conferences on routing security topics. She has her CISSP, is a fourth-degree black belt in tae kwon do, and has a wonderful husband and son. Clara Wade: Clara Wade is a Senior Technical Business Developer for IP Address Strategy at Amazon Web Services. She focuses on procuring the Internet Number resources AWS needs to grow into new regions and services, as well as driving IPv4 efficiency and IPv6 adoption efforts with customers and partners. Clara is also passionate about her volunteer work at NANOG’s Community Engagement Committee and RIPE’s Program Committee. In her spare time, Clara loves backpacking, traveling and Argentinian “asados” with friends and family. Valerie Wittkop: Valerie has worked with the North American Network Operators’ Group (NANOG) community since 2006 in various roles including support of the Program, Communication, and Development Committees, as well as Annual Elections. In 2015 she became the Program Director for NANOG and continues to work in that roll today. With a demonstrated history of working in the Internet industry, she is a business development professional with skills in non-profit management, fundraising, networking, sales, and start-ups.
