Attempting to somewhat efficiently produce some bit fans using the xsTECH router for the xsTECH router. The bit fan fits snugly on the shank of the tool, so when the tool rotates, chip will be blown away from the cut. The CAD and CAM are both done in Fusion 360. Two work coordinate systems are used, with side 1 operations in G54, and side 2 operations in G55. Tool change is minimized, so the same tool will do all the operation it can in both G54 and G55 before having to switch to a different tool.
