On The Scene: Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon on Tuesday again met with Mayor Leni Robredo in Naga City where he rejected talks on the 2028 elections. Dizon said he was told by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to visit local governments and personally check their problems. Dizon and Robredo discussed the rehabilitation of Naga roads and sidewalks, which the mayor wanted to be more conducive to walking amid the rising oil prices.
