This flat iron is by Conair Infiniti Pro and it retails for $39.99 (on sale at Ulta). It's not perfect, but for under $50 it is the best drugstore flat iron on the market. This straightener does a great job straightening hair. It is smooth, glides through the hair very easily. It also curls the hair like a pro. The only thing I would complain is lack of digital controls. But, when a flat iron performed like a professional iron, I can overlook the lack of digital controls.
