Completed 1992 Chevy C1500 LS1/T56 Swap.

This is the video of the entire process. I swapped out the 350cc Small Block Chevy and the 700R4 for a LS (LM7 with few extras) and a T56 (6-speed manual transmission.) I did everything in this swap and paid for everything. I learned multiple new skills and enjoyed the entire process. I hope you enjoy it too. My daily driver, a 1992 Chevy C1500 2wd long bed, GMT400, had a blown engine and needed to be swapped. I bought a 5.3L LS1 and installed it then proceeded to blow it up. The new engine is also a Gen3 Iron Block LS1 5.3L. I used everything I could from the old LS1. I had also bought and installed a T56 with a stage two clutch, whatever that means. I want to do this swap to make my truck back to my daily driver, but make the driving experience a little more fun. This video isn’t an instructional or a ‘How to’ video.
