He trapped himself with me... That was his last mistake :D 10/15 bosses in act 3 done :) Important note: Act 3 requires you to sharpen your needle atleast once. So instead basic "Needle" we have "Sharpened Needle". Rules are the same! Hunter crest (no Eva upgrades at all) No tools (Almighty Compass and antiboss Shard Pendant are not allowed too. As well as "serious" gear, like Barbed Bracelet/Sawtooth Circlet) No hit (amount of masks not really matter in this case. But it's 5.) 10/18 spools. Thanks to Sherma and Fleamaster Mooshka, i have +1 spool. Price for being kind?.. (Have no effect on gameplay. Minimal amount is 9) And like with previous 3 videos, done without silkskill. Usually i use silkspear in this challenge, because cross stitch/sharpdart gives you somewhat unfair advantage (basically cross stitch let you do mistakes, intentionally or not. Thats why i don't use it during no-hit challenge for myself) Keep it in mind: fighting without tools limit Hornet's moveset. Same with no-hit rule (less agression). That's why you will not see any really fancy moves here. "Weakest form" of daughter of The Pale King and Herrah the Beast, heh :) No commentary, pure gameplay, right from bench. Less distraction means that you can better focus on fight, dear viewer. Or you are become a Hunter, too?.. About tactic... safe to hit when he is about to appear from ground, and when he falls. If you find yourself cornered without being surrounded by spike balls (traps) from above, and Gurr is trying to come in your corner/appear close to you/charges at you - Use 1 jump, and wallclimbing (dash to wall when you are grappled to it let you run on wall without jumping from it) as much as it's needed. No wall jumps. Stick yourself to corner. If other side have less spike balls - better move to it via clawline, sometimes ignoring Gurr run (if he tries to run at you just jump over him without dealing damage). And last thing... If you actively use clawline - remeber that dash in opposite direction in moment of second hit let you cancel vertical movement. Against spike balls it's very useful! But yet again, rememer that clawline deals same damage as regular needle strike (0.5 needle damage each strike. +0.25 third one if you are using Snitch Pick). --------------------- I wish you Good Hunting!
