First Test Drive: 1959 Ford F100 with 572 Boss Nine

Roman takes you along for the nerve-wracking first drive of our stock chassis '59 Ford F100 build featuring a Jon Kaase Boss Nine 572. After months of work, it's time to see how this 60-year-old frame handles the massive power we've thrown at it. Without the dash cluster installed yet, we're monitoring everything through our makeshift setup - air fuel ratios, oil pressure, coolant temps, and RPM. The Holley EFI system is doing its job, but there's still some fine-tuning needed before this beast is dialed in perfectly. Watch as we take it for its maiden voyage around the lot, checking all the vitals and getting a feel for how this classic Ford handles with modern muscle. The cutouts are open, the power is there, and despite running a little lean at idle, this thing is showing serious potential. Still need to get it to our tuner for a proper tune, install the interior, and handle some final details, but this is a major milestone for the build.
