A few things to consider: Boiling water will 'cook' ANY plant (or creature). Don't use this method close to the garden plants you are growing. Killing weeds in your lawn is not good idea. Don't use this method if children or pets are present (moment of application). Wear appropriate clothing and footwear to protect yourself from possible accidental spillage (moment of application). Using kettle is a lot easier and safer than using open pots. Hot water can damage some surfaces. Don't use this method if in doubt. Hot water will kill most young plants and seeds instantly. However, you will need to repeat the procedure on established weeds. Repeatedly damaging the top growth will eventually weaken even the most stubborn plant. Procedure is straight forward. However, your success will depend on species you are fighting with (some plants are more tough than others), growing conditions, your input etc. Don't rely on this method solely. Combine it with manual and chemical (herbicides) control to get best results. Don't use this method on influence of alcohol or any other substances. Use common sense and use this method at your own risk. Don't run or rush! My movie is 2x faster than normal.
