#malta #ebc #trekking #nepal ‪@ZOLEOLife‬ In this adventure series me and our Mexventures team will head to the Himalayas and try to trek the amazing Everest Base camp trek over 12 days, with 130km, an average of 600m-700m daily ascent and reach an elevation of 5346m ! The views, history, culture are amazing and rewarding. On the first day our biggest adventure was leaving Katmandu, as flying to Lukla is very weather depended. So after more than 5 hrs waiting at Katmandu airport, our flight was cancelled and we had to travel in a van for 6 hrs to Ramechhap Airport and board a plane the following day. An other early wake up call and we made it to the airport , after 4hrs in the airport we board the plane and in 20 min we were in Lukla and finally can start EBC. Here we will trek to Phakding, an easy 9k down hill but we were too excited and amazed by the scenery.
