We use our tanks we got Walmart to inflate our new Valentines Day balloons. You can get these balloons for your sweetheart too!. We are reviewing the balloons we purchased on amazon. One of the balloons did not float and the rest did float after inflating with our helium tank. More affordable than getting them at Party City. You can purchase balloons at party city but they are expensive, we got to play with these balloons and it was not too much money. We also inflate XOXO letter balloons manually since they wouldn't float with helium anyway. They come with a straw for this purpose.
