The boss is more annoying then hard to be honest but I think they can turn you to stone but the formation i used makes my team immune to status effects. More importantly the final party member if you want Noel then simply yet him join you as long as you have space but if you want Chisato and only have 1 space left then recline noels offer and go back to centropolus and talk to chisato in the publishers floor as long as you saw her the other few times AND got her ID card. I chose noel for one very simple reason I wanted another spell castor and noel is celine and rena combined which makes him VERY versatile he doesn't learn of rena and celines spells but enough to make him viable the reason is that I only have 2 spell castors in the whole game so I wanted to chnage it up a bit LOL!
