They also talk about how Guy is extremely grateful for all the things he accomplished throughout his life. But what drives him more than anything is sharing his knowledge and helping others accomplish their fitness goals. Guy is a Pro Du athlete, Crossfit Level 2 Trainer. He specializes in Power, Speed, Endurance. He is also a Precision Nutrition Specialist. Rich and Guy both talk about different style workouts that have come and gone throughout the years, along with all the different style workouts Guy has been involved with. Which includes Guy starting off in his youth being a triathlete and getting his pro card at a very young age, all the way to him currently teaching Crossffit. They also talk about after completing both films how they both went into totally different directions with fitness. Guy’s training Methods! CrossFit Iron Flag Strength and Conditioning Head Coach Head Endurance Coach Leads classes through workouts, explaining movements, teaching skill necessary to perform the listed workout, provide scaling options for those who cannot perform the workouts as prescribed, look for movement pattern flaws to ensure athletes are not injured and moving safely, assist in the programming that gym uses on a daily basis. Program and coach the Endurance class, program 3 workouts a week for this class, review data from athletes to check progress, and workout completion. Assist all members in nutrition goals, help set parameters for members looking to improve their current nutrition, whether its for weight loss or sports performance. Program breathing protocols for all athletes looking to improve performance in and out of the gym. Lead Nutrition seminars, endurance seminars, and goal setting seminars for members to follow up with members to see how they are progressing in their respective goals.
