If you are seeing zero or very few transactions on a blockchain wallet (such as the BTC wallet seen in the above screenshot) then this usually means that you entered a single public address instead of your xpub key. Bitcoin, BCH, LTC, Dash, Doge, and many other coins use something called UTXO which basically means you get a unique address every time you want to receive a payment. This also means that if you were to enter that single address into Koinly then Koinly will only pull the transactions associated with that address so you will only see 1 or 2 transactions.
