It solves the problem many people have with so many ½ baths: "I don't like a toilet in the kitchen!" But it's SO much more than that! The kitchen itself actually BENEFITS in this layout by gaining a GIGANTIC additional pantry space that also doubles as a combo or stackable washer/dryer hookup! That Cobalt paint package available to all Legacy Montanas also never ceases to blow me away.
