Quick and easy tutorial to make a colorful birthday card! I used fine-point pens for the outlines, some colorful markers and a few glittery color gel pens in this design. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns known as tangles. Think of Zentangle as a puzzle made of different shapes like dots and lines. It’s like doodling, but with unique patterns that fit together to create a cool picture. You don’t have to worry about what it looks like in the end; it’s all about having fun while drawing! The paper is a regular stock paper - feel free to try other papers or materials. In this video, I demonstrate the most basic zentangle steps. Creating a boundary, dividing it into segments/compartments, and filling those up with repetitive colorful patterns!
