Let's make translucent paper for collage! Today, I'm working with tissue paper - the regular, everyday, kind of tissue paper you can find anywhere. Using my gel plate, I'm going to add gloss medium directly to my print to pull it from the plate. You can also use gloss medium on prints you've already made to make them translucent. Simply paint it on with a brush or scraper. It works great!
