In this second episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester, we are starting the sunken expressway in the Northern part of Downtown known as the Inner Loop. Join as I build the realistic, heavily modded version of Rochester's sunken freeway for the re-creation and revitalization project. In this episode I will also be discussing the future plans Rochester has in store for addressing this freeway in the future to revitalize the city around it. I'll also be discussing concepts such as induced demand, road diets, and reconnecting grids to alleviate the issues of car-centric planning seen in the 1950s and 60s.
