Kader Siddique told that Abdul Gaffar Chowdhury, the London-based Bangladeshi author and political commentator, led a propaganda campaign against him under the payroll of Awami League leaders who Siddique assures to have incited their loyal Gaffar Chowdhury to counter Siddique's criticism against their politically motivated war crimes trial. Abdul Gaffar Chowdhury spoke and wrote against Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in 1972-75 rampantly, but took the money from him to leave Bangladesh for England, Siddique said. He added, the man who never witnessed how the Bangladeshi have been living in 38 years, should not have big mouth while criticizing the people back in here. Kader Siddique also said, the discomfort Abdul Gaffar Chowdhury has reached the Bangladeshis with his pen in 40 years, is certainly more harmful than the torture the Pakistanis did in 1971.
