Heart Health and Cannabis - Is it ok to use cannabis if you have a cardiac condition or heart disease? February is the month to recognize and prioritize heart health! Remember - our hearts beat over 100,000 beats per day and circulate rich oxygenated blood that nourishes our cells. While this process helps keep us alive, it can also be vulnerable: arterial walls dilate with each wave of circulation and minor micro-injuries may occur which could lead to inflammation & plaque build-up inside these vessels.
