#hiitworkout #fatburn #caloriekiller 💪🏼Hey, friends, I am excited to take you through this 60 Min FAT BURN Full Body HIIT Cardio Workout, which will burn lots of calories, improve your cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles and have tons of fun:) 💛I have broken the workout into 4 rounds (14 minutes each) to couple cardio HIIT style rounds with a moderate intensity strength training to target all the muscle groups and keep the level of cardio high. There is a 1-minute burnout and a 4-minute cooldown/stretch in the end:) ✅Feel free to do as many rounds as you like! ► DURATION: 60 minutes ►TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off ►MUSCLES WORKED: full body ► EQUIPMENT: jump rope/no equipment ► DIFFICULTY: intermediate-advanced ► INTENSITY: medium-high ► CALORIES BURNT: 580-750 🤍If you don’t have a 📿 jump rope don’t worry, you can still easily do this routine with minimal modification. When the Jump rope intervals come around you have a number of options; you can do mock/ghost jump roping (which is basically what it sounds like, swing your arms and jump like you have a jump rope, the bonus being that you will never mess up), Jumping Jack variations, dancing, you name it.
