Nile Niami's massive mansion in LA should be hitting the market any day due to his lender filing a notice of default. He thinks it is worth $500,000,000, but what will the home actually sell for? In today's video, we talk about my opinion on just that. Today we continue the Nile Niami series, talking about his house THE ONE that is about to hit the market sometime soon, and we get into detail about how much I think the house is worth. As I state in the video, I am not an appraiser, but I feel that I give a very educated guess as to how much this supposed $500 million dollar home will actually sell for. Nile Niami has been working on THE ONE for 10 years now, and while he thinks that it is worth $500,000,000, his lenders and agents are pressuring him to try to get closer to $340,000,000. What will THE ONE actually sell for? Will THE ONE make Nile Niami even richer, or will it put him at risk of bankruptcy? Will THE ONE fall into foreclosure, or will Nile Niami come out on top?
