Bush' Beans Chocolate Fudge BLACK BEAN Cookies

This week's episode is inspired by our visit to the Bush's Beans Visitors Center in Chestnut Hill, Tennessee. Only a short distance from both Knoxville and Gatlinburg the Bush's Beans Visitors Center is a fun and free experience. We got to visit the museum, weigh ourselves in beans, take our photo with Duke, and Luiz even tried to steal the secret recipe! (Shame on him!) They even have a cafe where you can treat yourself to one of the very many bean themed items on the menu. So this week on Crazy Delicious Cooking we decided to make one of the recipes featured on the Bush's Beans website. Well....as we learned there are so many things you can make with beans! (And well....there are so many different types of beans as well!) We decided on Chocolate Fudge Black Bean Cookies, because well who doesn't love chocolate? So with just a few ingredients, we whipped up some fluffy and chocolaty black bean cookies. We promise, the kids won't even know there's beans in them!
