Sadé McCreath was the 1st overall selection in the 2025 Canadian Track and Field League Draft, where she is a 100m sprinter on the Bears in the CTFL. Recently, McCreath tied the national record in the 100m with a time of 10.95 (+1.2) at the 2025 Bob Vigars Classic in London. Training in Toronto, ON, McCreath has competed for Team Canada in numerous sprint relays and individually, notably at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games where she led off Canada's Women's 4x100m relay and made the Olympic finals. More recently, McCreath returned home after a stint in Asia, competing at the 2025 World Relays in Guangzhou, China, where her Women's 4x100m Relay team broke the national record and Mixed 4x100m Relay won gold with fellow teammates Marie-Éloïse Leclair, Duan Asemota, and Eliezer Adjibi. Additionally, McCreath competed at the Tokyo Grand Prix, placing 3rd overall in the 100m. Today's workout is one of her first big sessions since returning to Canada.
